Our Refund Policy

Preparation of your order normally commences immediately after it has been confirmed. Because our products are perishable, we’re very sorry but we cannot cancel, refund, or give store credit, if you change your mind, or mistakenly order an item after the order is prepared. Simply put, we cannot provide any refunds or accept cancellations for our products.

However, if your order is faulty, damaged, inedible, or defective, we will happily refund the purchase price using your original payment method or exchange the product once we receive the faulty product back in our facility.
