SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping with us at WAAR GORMET. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment Processing Time

We only ship in the State of Florida.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays and the cut off time for shipping orders is on a Thursday,  because they will not arrive until the following week.

We will ship your order via UPS, which will arrive 1-2 business days after you place your order. However, although we ship using a method to arrive in 1-2 business days, we cannot guarantee delivery dates because of carrier delays, weather, or exceptions.

 

Delayed Orders

We make every effort to make sure your order arrives fresh and quickly, however, we cannot control circumstances such as shipping delays from the carrier. In the rare instance that an item arrives warm, we must have notice within 6 hours of receipt and we must receive photos of your shipment for warranty, which you can send via email to info@waaricecoffee.com.  Once we receive proof and the product back, we will issue a refund.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, at which time we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

 Processing Times

We must receive an order prior to 1:00 pm EST in order to process for the same day. Although we do our best to ship the day after, please allow up to two business days processing time.

 

We do not Ship to P.O. boxes and we only ship to Florida

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

 

Handling of the Product

Due to the delicate nature of our products, we ask that if you are not expecting to be around during the scheduled home delivery, please leave a message instructing the driver to leave the package at your neighbor or wherever you think the product  will be safe because they need to be kept REFRIGERATED.   We do not recommend the product being left out on your porch or doorstep for any long period of time.  If a code is needed to enter a gated community, please provide that information in the address line when you place your order. If you live in an area where you need to buzz the driver in and you do not plan to be home, we ask that you please have your package shipped to your work address.  If you have any questions or would like additional information, you can email us at info@waaricecoffee.com.

 

Damages

WAAR is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We cannot offer refunds as our products are perishable. See our Refund Policy for more information. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
